Assistants (Remuneration) (Amendment) Order, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10(11) of the

Administrative Justice Act, the President of Malta, with the advice of

the Prime Minister, has made the following order

Reg. 1 Citation and commencement. — Assistants (Remuneration) (Amendment) Order, 2019 Open official source

(1) The title of this order is the Assistants

(Remuneration) (Amendment) Order, 2019, and this order shall be

read and construed as one with the Assistants (Remuneration) Order,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

(2)

This order shall come into force on the 1st April, 2019.

Reg. 2 Amends article 2 of the principal order. — Assistants (Remuneration) (Amendment) Order, 2019 Open official source

Article 2(1) of the principal order shall be substituted by

the following

''(1) An Assistant of the Administrative Review Tribunal

shall be paid a remuneration of sixty euro per sitting.''.
