Cableways Installations (Implementing) Regulations, 2019
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 38 and 39 of
the Product Safety Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local
Government on the advice of the Director General (Technical
Regulations), has made the following regulations: -
(1) The title of these regulations
is
Cableways Title and scope.
Installations (Implementing) Regulations, 2019.
(2) These regulations implement the requirements of
Regulation (EU) 2016/424 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 9 March 2016 on cableway installations and repealing
Directive 2000/9/EC.
