(ACT No. III of 2019)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Public Administration Act, 2019, the Prime Minister has established the

1st March, 2019 as the date when all the provisions of the said Act,

excluding articles 4(5) and 4(6), articles 22 to 25, both inclusive, and

paragraph 12 of the First Schedule shall come into force.
