ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT

(CAP. 549)

Commencement Notice

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Environment Protection Act, the Minister for the Environment,

Sustainable Development and Climate Change, has established the 1st

February 2019 as the date on which articles 45, 46 and 47 of the same

Act shall be deemed to have come into force .
