Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Private Residential Leases Act, the Minister for the Family, Children’s

Rights and Social Solidarity has established the 1st January, 2020 as

the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
