Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Gozo Regional Development Act, the Minister for Gozo has

established the 5th December, 2019, as the date when the provisions

of Parts I to IV, both inclusive, of the said Act shall come into force.
