ARMS LICENSING (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2018

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Arms Licensing (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Minister

responsible for Home Affairs has established the 1st March, 2019 as

the date when the provisions of the said regulations shall come into

force, and the 14 December, 2019, as the date when regulation 21 shall

come into force.
