PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Public Finance Management Act, the Minister for Finance has

established the 12th July, 2019 as the date when all the provisions,

excluding articles 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 43 of the said Act, shall be

deemed to have come into force.
