(CAP. 363)

Local Government (Procedures) (Amendment No.2)

Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 72 of the Local

Government Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is Local Government

(Procedures) (Amendment No.2) Regulations, 2019 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Local

Government (Procedures) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal regulations".

Item P2.10.06b of the Second Schedule to the principal

regulations shall be substituted by the following

"b Management Letters, and the Local Government

Auditors’ reports on the arrangements made by Local Council

for securing economy, efficiency and effectiveness shall be made

available to the public.".
