EUROCONTROL ACT

(CAP. 333)

Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 6 of the

Eurocontrol Act, the Minister responsible for Transport, Infrastructure

and Capital Projects, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance,

has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Civil Aviation Citation and

(Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations, Commencement

2019, and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations, S.L. 333.01.

hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on the 1st January,

2019.

Regulation 5(4)

The rate of interest on late payment shall be 9.68 per cent per

annum.".
