Condominium (Amendment) Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 32 and 33 of

the Condominium Act, the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and

Capital Projects, with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, has

made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is Condominium

commencement.

(Amendment) Regulations, 2019 and they shall be read and construed

as one with the Condominium Regulations, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal regulations".

These regulations shall come into force on the 1 st January,

The Second Schedule to the principal regulations, shall be

substituted by the following
