AGRICULTURAL LEASES (RELETTING) ACT

(CAP. 199)

Agricultural Leases (Amendment) Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 19 of the

Agricultural Leases (Reletting) Act the Minister for Justice, Culture

and Local Government has made the following regulations:-

(1) The title of these regulations is the Agricultural Citation and

Leases (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 and they shall be read and commencement.

(2) These regulations shall apply only to those

acts indicated in the electronic mechanism mentioned in

regulation 4A(1).

(3) Any advocate or legal procurator who wants

to file these acts, as indicated in these regulations, by

electronic means, may do so by filing such acts online

through the appropriate site and paying the prescribed

fee.

(1) The Registrar or persons delegated by
