Application of Part III of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges
Act (Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the
Mediterranean Sea – REMPEC) (Amendment) Order, 2019
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 5(2) of the
Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act, the Minister responsible
for Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion, has made the following
order:-
The title of this order is the Application of Part III of the Citation.
Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act (Regional Marine Pollution
Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea REMPEC)
(Amendment) Order, 2019, and this order shall be read and construed
as one with the Application of Part III of the Diplomatic Immunities S.L. 191.04.
and Privileges Act (Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response
Centre for the Mediterranean Sea REMPEC) Order, hereinafter
referred to as "the principal order".
The Second Schedule to the principal order shall be
substituted by the following
