Health Care Professions Act

(Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 51 of the

Health Care Professions Act, the Minister responsible for Health has

made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Health Care Professions

Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2019 and these

regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Fourth

Schedule to the Health Care Professions Act, hereinafter referred to as

"the Fourth Schedule".

Part II of the Fourth Schedule shall be amended as follows

(a) under the heading "- Professions Complementary to

Medicine" there shall be added the following association

"Malta Association of Biomedical Scientists"; and

(b) under the heading "- Nurses and Midwives" there shall be

added the following association

"Maltese Emergency Nurses’ Association".
