Mistra Heights Project (Special Designated Area) Order, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 6(1) of the

Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-Residents) Act and article 2

of the Immovable Property (Designation of Special Areas)

Regulations, the Minister for Finance has made the following order:-

The title of this order is Mistra Heights Project (Special Citation .

Designated Area) Order, 2019.

The Mistra Heights Project, consisting of immovable Designation of

property situated in the area bordered in red in the Land Registry Plan Special Area.

annexed to this order, is hereby designated as a Special Designated

Area for the purposes of the Immovable Property (Acquisition by Non-

Residents) Act.

The Mistra Heights Project shall be added to the List of Addition to the

Scheduled Zones in the First Schedule to the Immovable Property First

to the Act.
