Get Ready Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 5 of the Malta

Enterprise Act, the Minister for the Economy, Investment and Small

Business, in consultation with the Malta Enterprise Corporation, has

made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — Get Ready Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Get Ready Scheme

(Amendment) Regulations, 2019 and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Get Ready Scheme Regulations

hereinafter referred to as the ''principal regulations''.

Reg. 2 Substitutes regulation 5 of the principal regulations. — Get Ready Scheme (Amendment) Regulations, 2019 Open official source

Regulation 5 of the principal regulations shall be

substituted by the following

''5. No assistance under these regulations shall be

awarded by the Corporation to any request for support received

after 28 th February, 2019.''
