(CAP. 363)

Local Councils and Regional Committees (Delegation of

Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 72 of the Local

Government Act, the Minister responsible for Justice, Culture and

Local Government has made the following regulations:-

The title of this order is the Local Councils and Regional

Committees (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2019,

and shall be read and construed as one with the Local Councils and

Regional Committees (Delegation of Enforcement) Order, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal order".

In the First Schedule to the principal order, immediately

after the words "Management of Bathing Water Quality Regulations,

S.L. 465.09, Regulations 19(1) and (2)", there shall be added the

following

"Smoking Control in Private Vehicles

Regulations

S.L. 315.11".
