OTHER LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Competition Act and Consumer Affairs Act and other Laws

(Amendment) Act, 2019, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government has established the 29th July, 2019 as the date when all

the provisions, excluding articles 4 and 5 of the said Act, shall come

into force.
