Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) and (3) of

the State Advocate Act, 2019 the Minister for Justice, Culture and

Local Government has established the 29th July 2019 as the date of

coming into force of article 3(a), (b) and (c) of the same Act for the

purpose of enabling the execution of the process for the appointment

of a State Advocate as provided in the said provisions.
