Malta Communications Authority Act

(Amendment of Second Schedule No. 2) Order, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 46(2) of the

Malta Communications Authority Act, the Minister responsible for

communications, after consultation with the Malta Communications

Authority, has made the following Order:-

The title of this Order is the Malta Communications

Authority Act (Amendment of Second Schedule No. 2) Order, 2019

and this Order shall be read and construed as one with the Second

Schedule of the Malta Communications Authority Act, hereinafter

referred to as "the Second Schedule".

The Second Schedule shall be amended as follows

(a) in item (iv) thereof, the words "amending Regulations

(EC) No 2006/2004 and (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive 2009/22/

EC.'' shall be substituted by the words "amending Regulations

(EC) No 2006/2004 and (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive 2009/22/

EC;"; and

(b)

immediately after item (iv) thereof, there shall be

added the following new item

''(v) Regulation (EU) 2017/1128 of the European

Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on cross

border portability of online content services in the internal

market.''.
