Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Various Financial Services Laws (Amendment) Act, 2018, the Minister

responsible for the regulation of Financial Services has established the

1st February, 2019 as the date when the provisions of Part IV of the said

Act shall come into force.
