Electronic Communications Networks and Services

(General) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on him by articles 34 and

47 of the Electronic Communications (Regulation) Act, the Prime

Minister after consultation with the Minister for Finance and the Malta

Communications Authority, has made the following regulations

Reg. 1 Citation. — Electronic Communications Networks and Services Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Electronic

Communications Networks and Services (General) (Amendment No.2)

Regulations, 2019, and these regulations shall be read and construed as

one with the Electronic Communications Networks and Services

(General) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as ''the principal

regulations''.

Reg. 2 Amends the Eighth Schedule to the principal regulations. — Electronic Communications Networks and Services Open official source

In paragraph (j) of Part B of the Eighth Schedule to the

principal regulations, the words ''1452 - 1492 MHz band'' shall be

substituted by the words ''1427 - 1517 MHz band''.
