Registration Area Order, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the Land

Registration, the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Capital

Projects has made the following order:-

This order shall come into force on the 1st July, 2019.

The areas shown outlined with a non-continuous thick line

on the maps for Gozo numbered G44 to G48 and from Malta numbered

90 to 92 contained in the Schedule hereto are declared to be

registration areas for the purposes of article 10 of the Land

Registration Act.
