LOCAL COUNCILS (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ACT, 2019

(ACT No. XIV of 2019)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Local

Councils (Amendment No. 2) Act, 2019, the Minister for Justice,

Culture and Local Government has established the 26th April, 2019 as

the date the provisions of article 30, excluding paragraph (b) thereof,

of the said Act, shall be deemed to have come into force.
