Designation of Places as Prisons (Amendment) Order, 2019
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Prisons
Act, the Minister responsible for prisons has made the following
order:-

The title of this order is the Designation of Places as
Prisons (Amendment) Order, 2019, and this order shall be read and
construed as one with the Designation of Places as Prisons Order,
hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

Reg. 2 Amends Schedule to the — Designation of Places as Prisons (Amendment) Order, 2019

In the Schedule to the order, the words "Ward 10 at Mount
Carmel Hospital" shall be substituted by the words "Forensic Unit at
principal Order.
