Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels)

(Amendment) Regulations, 2019

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 16 of the

Administrative Justice Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Administrative Review

Tribunal (Establishment of Panels) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019

and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Administrative Review Tribunal (Establishment of Panels)

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

In regulation 2 of the principal regulations, immediately

after the words ''Lands Panel'' there shall added the words

''Gaming Panel

Digital Innovation Panel''.

Regulation 3 of the principal regulations shall be amended

as follows

(a) sub-regulations (11) and (12) thereof, shall be

renumbered as sub-regulations (13) and (14) respectively; and

(b) immediately after sub-regulation (10) thereof, there

shall be added the following new sub-regulations

''(11) The assistants appointed on the Gaming Panel

shall be competent to deal with disputes under the Gaming

Act.

(12) The assistants appointed on the Digital

Innovation Panel shall be competent to deal with disputes

under the Malta Digital Innovation Authority Act.''.
