Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Drug Dependence (Treatment not Imprisonment) (Amendment) Act,

2018, the Minister for Health has established the 23rd March, 2018 as

the date when all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
