Arms Act (Amendment of Part II of Schedule I) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 65 of the Arms

Act, the Minister for Home Affairs and National Security, has made

the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Title. — Arms Act (Amendment of Part II of Schedule I) Regulations, 2018 Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Arms Act (Amendment

of Part II of Schedule I) Regulations, 2018, and these regulations shall

be read and construed as one with Part II of Schedule I to the Arms

Act, hereinafter referred to as "Part II of Schedule I".

Reg. 2 Amends Part II of Schedule I. — Arms Act (Amendment of Part II of Schedule I) Regulations, 2018 Open official source

In Part II of Schedule I immediately after item 7 thereof

there shall be added the following new item

"8. Edged weapons disguised as other objects, except for

weapons manufactured prior to 1946".
