CIVIL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007

(ACT VIII OF 2007)

Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Civil

Code (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Justice, Culture and

Local Government has established the 5th March, 2018, as the date

when the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of article 28 of the said

Act shall come into force

Provided that the coming into force of the said provisions

of paragraph (b) shall not extend any time limit which shall have

already lapsed.
