SOCIAL CARE STANDARDS AUTHORITY ACT, 2018

(ACT No. XV of 2018)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Social Care Standards Authority Act, 2018, the Minister for Family

Children’s Rights and Social Solidarity has established the 1 st January

2019 as the date when the provisions of articles 20, 31 and 32 of the

said Act shall come into force.
