DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE

(CAP. 101)

Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Amendment of First Schedule) Order,

BY virtue of the power conferred by article 10(3) of the

Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, the Minister for Health has made the

following order:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — 43 tal-2018 – Ordni tal-2018 li jemenda l-Ewwel Skeda li tinsab mal-Ordinanza dwar il-Mediċini Perikolużi Open official source

The title of this order is the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance

(Amendment of First Schedule) Order, 2018 and this order shall be

read and construed as one with the First Schedule to the Dangerous

Drugs Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the First Schedule".

Reg. 2 Amends the First Schedule. — 43 tal-2018 – Ordni tal-2018 li jemenda l-Ewwel Skeda li tinsab mal-Ordinanza dwar il-Mediċini Perikolużi Open official source

Part I of the First Schedule shall be amended as follows

(a)

immediately

after

the

item

"ACETYLALPHAMETHYL FENTANYL" there shall be

added the following item "ACRYLOYLFENTANYL, N-(1-

phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)-N-phenylacrylamide"; and

(b)

immediately after the item "FENTANYL" there

shall be added the following item "FURANYLFENTANYL, N-

phenyl-N-[1-(2-phenylethyl)piperidin-4-yl]furan-2-

carboxamide".
