Amendment of the Second Schedule to the Malta Communications

Authority Act Order, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 46(2) of the

Malta Communications Authority Act, the Prime Minister, after

consultation with the Malta Communications Authority, has made the

following order

(1) The title of this order is the Amendment of the

commencement.

Second Schedule to the Malta Communications Authority Act Order,

2018. (2) The provisions of this order shall come into force on the

23rd November, 2019.

Immediately after sub-paragraph (ii) of the Second

Schedule to the Malta Communications Authority Act, there shall be

added the following new sub-paragraph

"(iii) Regulation (EU) 2018/644 of the European

Parliament and of the Council of 18 April 2018 on cross-border

parcel delivery services.".
