Individual Investor Programme of the Republic of Malta

(Amendment) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 24 of the

Maltese Citizenship Act, the President of Malta, has made the

following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Individual Investor

Programme of the Republic of Malta (Amendment) Regulations,

2018 and these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the

Individual Investor Programme of the Republic of Malta Regulations,

hereinafter referred to as the "principal regulations".

The definition "Identity Malta" in regulation 2 of the

principal regulations shall be deleted and immediately after the

definition "Act" there shall be added the following new definition

"Agency" means the Malta Individual Investor Programme

Agency established by the Malta Individual Investor Programme

Agency (Establishment) Order;".

For the words "Identity Malta", wherever they occur in the

principal regulations, there shall be substituted the words "the

Agency" or "The Agency" respectively.
