IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 48B of the
Public Administration Act, the Prime Minister has made the following
order:-

The title of this order is the Designation of Posts Order,
2018.

In this order, unless the context otherwise requires
''the Act'' means the Public Administration Act.

Reg. 3 Amends the Second Part of the Fifth Schedule of the Act. — Designation of Posts Order, 2018

In the Second Part of the Fifth Schedule to the Act,
immediately after the words "The Chairman of the Financial
Intelligence Analysis Unit" there shall be added the words "The
Chairman of the Malta Digital Innovation Authority".
