Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(6) of the

Credit Institutions and Financial Institutions (Payment Accounts)

Regulations, 2016 the Parliamentary Secretary for Financial Services,

Digital Economy and Innovation has established the 31 st of October,

2018 as the date when the provisions of regulations 8, 10, 12 and 13 of

the said regulations as amended by Legal Notice 324 of 2018 shall

come into force.
