Measures For High Common Level of Security of

Network and Information Systems (Amendment) Order, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4(2) of the

European Union Act, the Prime Minister has made the following

order:-.

The title of this order is Measures for High Common Level

of Security of Network and Information Systems (Amendment) Order,

2018 and this order shall be read and construed as one with the High

Common Level of Security of Network and Information Systems

Order, hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

In the Maltese version of the Second Schedule to the

principal order, immediately after
