EMBRYO PROTECTION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of Embryo

Protection (Amendment) Act, 2018, the Minister for Health has

established the 1st October, 2018 as the date when all the provisions of

the said Act shall come into force.
