(ACT NO. XXVIII OF 2018)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 30(2), 38(2)

and 42(2) of the Agency for Infrastructure Malta Any, 2018, the

Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Capital Projects has

established the 4th September, 2018 as the date when all the provisions

of these Parts III, IV and V shall come into force.
