Notice of coming into force

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Innovative Technology Arrangements and Services Act, 2018, the

Minister for the Digital Economy has established the 1st November,

2018 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come

into force.
