Postal Services (General) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 81 of the

Postal Services Act, the Prime Minister after consultation with the

Malta Communications Authority, has made the following regulations

The title of these regulations is the Postal Services

(General) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, 2018 and these regulations

shall be read and construed as one with the Postal Services (General)

Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations".

In the Maltese version of regulation 15(1), immediately

after the proviso thereof there shall be added the following new

proviso

"Iżda wkoll operatur postali ma għandux jinkorri l-

ebda responsabilità għal-għoti ta’ kumpens lil xi persuna kemm

minħabba raġuni ta’ dewmien jew ta’ kunsinna żbaljata ta’ xi

oġġett postali matul il-kors tal-ġarr li tkun minħabba xi kodiċi

postali nieqsa jew żbaljata.".
