Energy Labelling (Implementing Measures) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 38 and 39 of

the Product Safety Act, the Minister for Justice, Culture and Local

Government, on the advice of the Malta Competition and Consumer

Affairs Authority, has made the following regulations:-

(1)

The title of these regulations is the Energy Citation and

Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 of the European Parliament and of the

Council of 4 July 2017 setting a framework for energy labelling and

repealing Directive 2010/30/EU.
