Conduct Certificates Ordinance (Amendment of Fourth Schedule)

Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 10 of the

Conduct Certificates Ordinance, the Minister for Home Affairs and

National Security, has made the following regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Conduct Certificates

Ordinance (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 2018 and

these regulations shall be read and construed as one with the Fourth

Schedule to the Conduct Certificates Ordinance, hereinafter referred to

as "the Fourth Schedule".

In the Fourth Schedule, immediately after the item "The

Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit", there shall be added the

following

"The Malta Financial Services Authority.".
