(ACT NO. XXVIII OF 2018)

Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Agency for Infrastructure Malta Act, 2018, the Minister for Transport,

Infrastructure and Capital Projects has established the 4th of

September, 2018 as the date when all the provisions of the said Act

shall come into force.
