Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Social Care Standards Authority Act, 2018, the Minister for Family

Children’s Rights and Social Solidarity has established the 20th of

August 2018 as the date when the provisions of articles 14 to 19 and

articles 21 to 29 of the said Act shall come into force.
