Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 1(2) of the

Asset Recovery Bureau (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 the Minister

for Justice has established the 20th August, 2018 as the date of the

coming into force of all the remaining provisions of the said

regulations.
