(CAP. 65)

Breath Test (Amendment) Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by articles 15B(2) and

15I of the Traffic Regulations Ordinance, the Minister for Transport,

Infrastructure and Capital Projects, in consultation with the Minister

for Home Affairs and National Security, has made the following

regulations:-

The title of these regulations is the Breath Test

(Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and these regulations shall be read

and construed as one with the Breath Test Regulations.

In the First Schedule to the principal regulations

immediately after the words "Model Jupiter." there shall be added the

words "or any other model having the same function.".
