Assignment of Statutory Ministerial Responsibilities Act
(Substitution of Schedule) Order, 2018
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the
Assignment of Statutory Ministerial Responsibilities Act, the Prime
Minister has made the following Order:-
(1)
The title of this Order is the Assignment of Citation and
Statutory Ministerial Responsibilities Act (Substitution of Schedule) commencement.
Order, 2018 and this Order shall be read and construed as one with the
Schedule to the Assignment of Statutory Ministerial Responsibilities Cap. 561
Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Schedule".
(2) This Order shall come into force on the 7th August, 2018.
The Schedule shall be substituted by the following new Substitution of
the Schedule.
