HOUSING (DECONTROL) ORDINANCE

(CAP. 158)

Continuation of Tenancies (Means Testing in respect of Tenancies

Originating under the Housing (Decontrol) Ordinance,

Regulations, 2018

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 15 of the

Housing (Decontrol) Ordinance the Prime Minister has made the

following regulations

the Housing (Decontrol) Ordinance, Regulations, 2018.
