Commencement Notice

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the

Housing (Decontrol) Ordinance (Amendment) Act, 2018, the

Minister for Justice has established the 1st August, 2018 as the date of

the coming into force of all the remaining provisions of the said Act.
