Competitive Bidding Rules for Renewable Sources of Energy

Installations (Amendment) Regulations, 2018

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 4 of the

Financial Administration and Audit Act, and in exercise of the

powers conferred by article 37(1) of the Regulator for Energy and

Water Services Act, the Minister for Finance and the Minister for

Energy and Water Management, after consultation with the Regulator

for Energy and Water Services, have made the following regulations:-

Reg. 1 Citation. — 251 tal-2018 – Regolamenti tal-2018 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar Regoli għall-Offerti Kompetittivi għal Sorsi ta’ Enerġija li Jiġġeddu minn Stallazzjonijiet Open official source

The title of these regulations is the Competitive Bidding

Rules for Renewable Sources of Energy Installations (Amendment)

Regulations, 2018, and these regulations shall be read and construed

as one with the Competitive Bidding Rules for Renewable Sources of

Energy Installations Regulations, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal regulations".

Reg. 2 Amends regulation 6 of the principal regulations. — 251 tal-2018 – Regolamenti tal-2018 li jemendaw ir-Regolamenti dwar Regoli għall-Offerti Kompetittivi għal Sorsi ta’ Enerġija li Jiġġeddu minn Stallazzjonijiet Open official source

In regulation 6 of the principal regulations, sub-regulation

(2) thereof shall be deleted, and regulation 6(1) thereof shall be re-

numbered as regulation 6.
